Introducing Nova Heart: A Milestone Innovation for Cardiology Care

Greetings,

We are thrilled to unveil Nova Heart, our revolutionary cardiology-centric digital twinning solution, developed in collaboration with the renowned German Heart Center at Charite (DHZC). This groundbreaking technology stands at the cusp of significantly transforming patient care and monitoring approaches for structural heart diseases.

Innovative Approach:

Nova Heart creates a dynamic digital twin of a patient’s heart utilizing 2-D transthoracic echocardiogram data. It amalgamates an anatomically precise 3-D model with a sophisticated intracardiac hemodynamics model. This model computes heart chamber volumes, pressures and cardiac output in real-time, aligning with the specific patient parameters.

Intuitive Patient Reports:

Nova Heart synthesizes pivotal echocardiographic parameters within coherent patient reports. These reports not only highlight anomalies and key trends in parameters but also empower clinicians with swift access to and comprehension of the most clinically pertinent information, saving them a significant amount of time and enhancing their ability to make informed decisions regarding patient care.

Immersive Learning & Simulation Platform:

Beyond its clinical applications, Nova Heart serves as an immersive learning platform for medical professionals and students. It allows users to simulate diverse cardiac pathologies, modify physiological parameters, and observe real-time alterations. The advanced 3D visualization, real-time data manipulation, and a comprehensive patient information repository let users interactively engage with virtual patients, transcending conventional textbook learning.

Broad-Spectrum Applications:

While our inaugural applications are centered around congenital heart disease pathology, the versatility and non-invasiveness of Nova Heart position it as a favorable candidate for widespread acceptance among cardiologists. It provides a seamless blend of precision medicine, augmented visualization, meticulous treatment planning, and proactive patient monitoring & engagement, all aimed at cost-effectively optimizing patient outcomes.

Engage with Nova Heart:

We warmly invite you to explore the diverse possibilities Nova Heart offers. Contact us for a demo and delve deeper into how Nova Heart can elevate the capabilities of you and your team in delivering unparalleled cardiology care.

Warm Regards,

AIBODY at the 18th Annual Lange Symposium in Berlin

By Kiril Tasseff

This past weekend, our team had the exceptional opportunity to both attend and exhibit at the 18th Lange Symposium, a renowned conference in Berlin organized by DHZC. A mecca for thought leaders in pediatric cardiology, obstetrics, and neonatology, this year's focus was on the intricate subject of Ebstein's Anomaly—a rare and complicated congenital heart defect that has been a perpetual obstacle for cardiologists around the world.

Insightful Conversations and Cutting-Edge Approaches

What set the symposium apart were the in-depth insights shared by luminaries in the medical field, specifically on the evolving strategies concerning the diagnosis, treatment, and management of Ebstein's Anomaly. The expert-led presentations delved into the nuanced decisions clinicians must make in areas such as treatment versus repair, optimal timing for surgical interventions, state-of-the-art surgical techniques, and the handling of comorbid conditions.

Advancements in Imaging Modalities

One segment that captivated our attention was the discussion on the pros and cons of various imaging techniques like echocardiography (Echo) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). These modalities play different roles at different stages of diagnosing, planning, and treating conditions like Ebstein's Anomaly. Due to its non-invasive nature, cost-effectiveness and wide availability, the Echo already serves as an indispensable instrument for cardiologists. We believe that with the advent of next-generation digital twinning technologies, like our proprietary Nova Heart (see more below), Echo can become even more prominent and assume an increasingly pivotal role in shaping care pathways for patients with cardiac conditions.

Unveiling Nova Heart: A Game-Changer in Cardiology

The conference also served as the perfect platform for us to introduce Nova Heart to the global medical community. The response surpassed our expectations; clinicians from around the world expressed immense interest and provided invaluable feedback. Nova Heart, designed to integrate seamlessly with a physician's workflow, embodies the future of digital twinning technologies. The resounding demand for such capabilities validated our product's relevance and impact.

Nova Heart in Action

Moreover, it was an honor for us to see some of the speakers utilize Nova Heart as an illustrative tool during their presentations. This not only showcased the technology’s practicality but also helped to elucidate various aspects of Ebstein's Anomaly to a wider audience.

As we reflect on our experience at the 18th Lange Symposium, we are grateful for the shared knowledge, professional growth, and promising partnerships that transpired over this extraordinary weekend. We eagerly look forward to contributing to future dialogues and pioneering advancements in the field of cardiology.

Warm regards,

Kiril
